Tracking: You will receive an SMS/email with tracking details once your order is dispatched.
Note: Delivery delays may occur during peak seasons, natural calamities, or unforeseen events.
Returns & Replacement Policy
Your satisfaction is important to us. If you're not completely happy with your purchase, we're here to help.
Return Window:
Returns or replacements are accepted within 7 days of delivery.
Return Eligibility:
Product must be unused, unwashed, and in original packaging with tags.
Items showing signs of wear or damage may be rejected for return.
Non-Returnable Items:
Innerwear, socks, or final-sale products marked as non-returnable
Replacement Policy:
We offer free replacements for items that are defective, damaged, or the wrong size/product.
To initiate a replacement, email us at support@dukbuk.com with order details and images (if applicable).
Return Process:

Order ID
Reason for return/replacement
Clear images (if applicable)
Our team will arrange a reverse pickup via Shiprocket.
Once we receive and inspect the item, we will:
Approve and process a replacement or
Approve and issue a store credit/refund (as per your choice)
Refunds:
Refunds (if applicable) are processed within 5-7 business days of return approval.
Refunds are issued to the original payment method or as store credit.
